- MEETING HELD
- Several staff meetings were organized within the term to discuss matters relating
to the affairs of the school. The meetings ended successfully.
- School Management Committee meetings was organized and its ended successfully.
- P.T.A meetings also went on when the school resumed from vacation.

- FINANCE (GALOP AND CAPITATION GRANT)
An amount of one thousand, one hundred and twenty-six Ghana cedis fifteen pesewas (Ghc126.15) was left as balance of capitation Grant and five hundred and ten Ghana cedis was debited and the total balance left is six hundred and sixteen Ghana cedis fifteen pesewas (Ghc616.15)
An amount of three thousand nine hundred seventy-four Ghana cedis (Ghc3974) is left as a balance for GALOP FUND.
OTHER ACTIVITIES PERFORMED DURING THE TERM
- Organized afternoon classes for Junior High School students.
- End of term exams was written to assess pupil’s performance.
- Friendly soccer match was organized with Aiyinase Nyamebekyere D/A Basic school and Kanokware D/A Basic school.
CHALLENGES
- Unavailability of textbooks for the new curriculum especially JHS.
- Inadequate of dual desks.
- Inability of Basic seven pupils to read and write and perform basic arithmetic’s.
- Poor infrastructures
- Lateness and absenteeism on the part of some pupils.
BEST PRACTICES
- Maintaining eye contacts when pupils are being addressed.
- Pupils are encouraged to communicate with teachers before, during and after classes.
- Treated pupils with love and respect and this has had a positive impact in pupil-teacher relationship.
- Visited the homes of habitual late comers, truants and invites parents from time to time for interactions.
- Project and problem-based activities involving pupils are encouraged to enhance critical thinking.

RECOMMENDATION
- The capitation grant should be increased and released at regular intervals and on time.
- Adequate furniture should be supplied to the school.
- Series of District-based workshops should be organized for Creative Arts and Carrier Technology teachers.
- Primary school heads should intensify the teaching of phonetics and writing to improve pupils reading and writing skills.
- The SMC, Ellembelle Education Office and Ellembelle District Assembly must assist in efforts to re-locate the KG pupils to the main school premises.
CONCLUSION
Though the term was a hectic one, it ended on a sound note.
