There was a man who was very unlucky with material security; when he turned 40 years, he decided to write a book. Once he finally finished this monumental work, he decided that he wanted to publish it on the exact date of his birthday.
This got him into a rather tight spot because no money was available to support the financing needed to launch his venture. After much deliberation, he decided to seek out and request assistance from a millionaire who resided in his community.
He now repaired to the house of the Millionaire, and, after sundry courteous greetings on either side, he stated to him the special object of his coming to so pleasant a mansion.
Then the millionaire told him to bring a paper and a pen as well. Then he said, “I am going to give you a test. If you pass this test, I will give you the money that you are seeking otherwise if you fail I will give you anyway the money you are looking for.”
He asked him to write down the names of 10 people who could give him 100 cedis each for his book during the launch.
He then began writing, and the most surprising thing was that he could only manage to write up to 3 names.
